Property number 5 is a very large job and is being used as a backup to the other properties if we have time to complete. The couple living there essentially live in a large shed with 1 power point and no fixed bathroom facilities. We will be needed to install a bathroom, electrical over the whole shed as well as adding walls to create a bathroom and bedroom.
