Property number one has a large number of jobs, most of which are not difficult but will take time. Highest priority is to change over the Electrical Switch box before we can start on the other electrical work. There is also several time consuming building works to be done as well. |Verandah on the Rail house||Again, this will require an assessment by a carpenter/builder. This may be a job done over a 2-3 day period with a number of labourers and a carpenter.

|There are welding jobs – Joe cannot use the welder any more because of the heart valve and pacemaker. I have lost track of most of them – one thing we do need is some sort of bracket and forks for the blade of the tractor to handle hay. We also need some brackets(? I think they are called race hoops or similar) for the cattle crush to stop it spreading and repairs to some gates and panels for the yards. (More gates would be fantastic if someone had the knowhow – we currently drag the portable panels around)||Welding equipment,
