Property number 1 is a very large job and is the main focus of this trip. The couple living there essentially live in a large shed with 1 power point and no fixed bathroom facilities. We will be needed to install a bathroom, electrical over the whole shed as well as adding walls to create a bathroom and bedroom. |Bathroom at the rear of the house requires extensive assessment and repairs to fix a number of areas such as toilet, shower, basin, washtub (twin) for washing machine.||Plumber has been on site and has started work on fixing this. Plans to have the toilet and shower water in place prior to our arrival and we will need to remove to install the walls after which he can return to put back in place|
|Electrician required in bathroom for assessment of requirements to repair/establish electrical fittings and connections throughout.||Electrical wiring in place but not yet live.|

|Ignition in their vehicle requires to be repaired.||Mechanic/AutoElectrician to have a look at the ignition and recommend parts and materials for repair.|

Will need to ensure footplate is in place on frame in all positions and will need to batten the roof prior to putting the sheets on. Estimated 4 days work for a team of 5-6 people in this entire job.
|Roof has a number of leaks that require assessment and location of problem areas. Perhaps capping and deterioration have caused the problems.||Plumbing equipment, roof sealant (silicone, etc)|
|Erect a wall between the bedroom and rest of the house to provide privacy and separation of the rooms.||Structural timber, carpentry equipment i.e. saws, hammer, screws, nails, etc.|
|Requested a Diesel Mechanic to assess the issues with the 1954 Ford Saint Major Tractor||Discussion required as to the scope of work and whether Rural Aid want to take this on board. All properties require repairs to tractors however some a fairly aged. Will require a skilled Diesel Mechanic and spare parts.|
|Connect 2 water tanks with underground pipe.||Plumber has assessed situation and if someone can dig the trench then he can easily connect the two tanks to make better use of excess water.|
|Lower the Kitchen Window||Window currently sits a bit too high.|
|Water from roof running into bathroom down walls. Need to review whats happening and find a solution to fix|
|Fencing||About 500 metres of fencing to complete.|
