Property number 1 is a very large job and is the main focus of this trip however there are quite a number of finish up tasks to do at the properties already visited. These will be completed based on the right skills be available and excess to needs at the main property. These jobs are spread over 3 properties

|Verandah on the Rail house||Again, this will require an assessment by a carpenter/builder. This may be a job done over a 2-3 day period with a number of labourers and a carpenter.
Paint (maybe decking oil)
|Add beading everywhere to new room built on first trip||1 days work. Needed prior to painting.|
|In the existing extension there is a large glass sliding door which does not work properly – apparently has concrete in the tracks and it was put in the wrong place as I understand it. They would like to remove it and Close that section of wall, and then put a similar door in the place of the windows on the adjacent wall||May require tracks to be cleaned out. If this does not work then an assessment on a new door may be feasible.|
|The stumps need to be levelled and stump caps put on – we have bad whiteant problems in this area, although the fact they stumped on cypress is in their favour. The posts look sturdy and have been put in quite deep. – about 3′ in the ground and about the same above ground.||They will buy stump caps and whatever else is needed.

|Need someone to look at their tractor and let them know what parts they need||This tractor is currently are working machine thus would be a job that will require a Diesel Mechanic. Brakes not working and may require new seals.|

|Welding – One thing we do need is some sort of bracket and forks for the blade of the tractor to handle hay. We also need some brackets(? I think they are called race hoops or similar) for the cattle crush to stop it spreading and repairs to some gates and panels for the yards. (More gates would be fantastic if someone had the know how – we currently drag the portable panels around)||Welding equipment,

|Electrical Work||Power points need fixing and the folar isnt feeding into the grid. Need to have a look at why|
