Cunnamulla 2017

These jobs are spread over 3 properties all closely located to each other.

Job Description Assessors Notes
Repair meat house roof & gauze  
Install push out casement windows to bedroom (Install insulation & reline room)
Replace old gates and panels in sheep & cattle yards  
Repair dripper lines  
Carpentry repairs to shearing shed.

Includes approx 4 new steel stumps on outside edge of building; couple of cracked bearers on outside edge; repairs to masonite wool dividers; some structural renovation in engine room (white ant damage), repair for pen doors etc

 
Carpentry repairs to shearer’s quarters.

General repairs and maintenance jobs, eg cover strips, floor board repair; door timbers, re-fix iron cladding with tek screws; etc

 
Fence droppers to put on (if you are wondering what a fence dropper is see here)
brick pillar that is a gate post with a light attached (was the old driveway into the house yard, way back when). The pillar was knocked with a machine and is now on its side, along with its half of the gate.  
fixing Mum’s house yard fence up also – the roos over the years have given it a bit of a hiding. It is a pipe post and rail with chain wire, some of the rails have pulled a bit etc
